If the theme isn't right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying. You don't need to give a reason.
Before you buy
- Check that your Ghost plan allows custom themes. Ghost(Pro) Starter doesn't.
- Try the live demo and read the docs.

How to ask
Email [email protected] within 14 days, from the address you bought with. Include the theme name and your order ID. If something isn't working, tell us. We may be able to fix it, but you can still choose the refund.
After a refund
Your licence ends. Before the refund is made, remove the theme from every website and delete your copies. Downloads, updates and support stop. The refund goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
We may refuse refunds, support or downloads in cases of fraud, refund abuse or a broken licence.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live, including EU rules on digital content.
