- Theme name and version
- Ghost version, and Ghost(Pro) or self-hosted

- What's wrong, and a screenshot if you can
What support covers
Installing the theme, its settings, bugs in the theme, and problems on supported Ghost versions. Updates are free for as long as the theme is sold, even after your support period ends.
Not covered
Custom changes, Ghost hosting or server setup, third-party code, and installing updates for you. For Ghost itself, use Ghost's help or the Ghost forum.
